Refund policy

RETURNS

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Be in the original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase or receipt

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of goods are exempt from returns, including but not limited to:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items
  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Intimate or sanitary products

Additional items may be designated as non-returnable at the time of sale.

USED PRODUCTS

Used products, including but not limited to used board games, pre-owned trading cards, miniatures, accessories, consoles, electronics, and other secondhand merchandise, may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund to the original payment method, provided the item is returned in the same condition in which it was sold.

After 7 days and up to 30 days from the original purchase date, eligible used products may only be returned for store credit at the current approved return value determined by The Crafty Gamer LLC.

Used products returned with missing components, excessive wear, damage, alterations, missing packaging, or other condition issues not present at the time of sale may be denied, partially refunded, or subject to reduced store credit at our discretion.

Certain used items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. These exclusions may include clearance items, consignment products, heavily discounted merchandise, mystery products, collectible products with fluctuating market value, or items otherwise designated as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

The Crafty Gamer LLC reserves the right to inspect and verify the condition and completeness of all used product returns prior to approval.

PARTIAL REFUNDS

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, including:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Items not in their original condition
  • Items damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of business days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary
  3. Contact your bank, as refunds can take additional processing time

SALE ITEMS

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale, clearance, discounted, promotional, or final sale items are not eligible for refunds unless required by law.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at contact@thecraftygamer.com.

GIFTS

If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the returned item is received and approved.

If the item was not marked as a gift at purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, refunds may be issued to the original purchaser.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defective item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

Depending on your location, the time required for exchanged products to arrive may vary.

For items valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
