Shipping policy
The following Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with The Crafty Gamer LLC through our website, in-store systems, marketplaces, or other official sales channels.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment has been successfully received. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods, holidays, major product releases, prerelease events, conventions, or promotional sales.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin processing on the next business day.
We reserve the right to delay, refuse, hold, or cancel any order at our discretion for reasons including but not limited to suspected fraud, inventory discrepancies, pricing errors, or verification requirements.
SHIPPING METHODS
We use a variety of shipping carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other delivery services depending on package size, destination, and shipping speed selected at checkout.
Shipping estimates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, destination, insurance requirements, and selected shipping method.
Free shipping promotions, if offered, apply only to qualifying orders and may exclude oversized items, international shipments, or special products.
PREORDERS AND RELEASE-DATE PRODUCTS
Products marked as preorder items, prerelease items, or release-date restricted products will not ship before their official release date unless permitted by the manufacturer, distributor, publisher, or applicable organized play policies.
Orders containing preorder items may be held until all items in the order are available to ship unless otherwise stated.
Release dates are subject to change by manufacturers and distributors without notice.
TRADING CARDS AND COLLECTIBLES
Due to the collectible and fluctuating-market nature of trading cards, sealed products, graded items, and collectibles, all sales may be considered final unless otherwise required by law or stated in our Returns Policy.
We are not responsible for manufacturer defects, print quality variations, centering, pack distribution, or collectible market fluctuations.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility transfers to the carrier.
The Crafty Gamer LLC is not responsible for:
- Delayed deliveries caused by shipping carriers
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
- Delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Weather delays, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, or force majeure events
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and contacting the carrier when necessary.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
Orders returned due to insufficient, incorrect, or undeliverable addresses may require additional shipping charges before reshipment.
We are not responsible for packages shipped to addresses entered incorrectly by the customer.
LOCAL PICKUP
If local pickup is offered, customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup.
Orders selected for local pickup must be collected within a reasonable timeframe. Orders left unclaimed for extended periods may be canceled, restocked, or subject to storage limitations at our discretion.
A valid photo ID and/or proof of purchase may be required for pickup.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International customers are responsible for all customs fees, import taxes, duties, VAT, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by their country or carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
International shipping availability may vary depending on product restrictions and destination country.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Certain products may not be eligible for shipping due to manufacturer restrictions, distributor policies, organized play regulations, legal limitations, or carrier restrictions.
We reserve the right to limit shipping quantities or destinations at our discretion.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the package
- Photos of the damaged items
- Any relevant shipping documentation
Failure to report shipping damage within a reasonable timeframe may affect our ability to assist with claims.
